NB Entrust is a property operator. We work for property occupiers (customers) on behalf of property investors.

Our purpose is to drive the value of property by ensuring that customers prefer to occupy our client's buildings.  Satisfied with the services they enjoy there, customers will renew their lease, expand or move into other properties owned by the client and operated by NB Entrust.

As a property operator, our services are complementary to those of the property manager, who is responsible for managing the lease, collecting rent, managing building improvements and the occupier’s relationship with the landlord.
