NB Real Estate’s Industrial Agency & Development team has concluded another deal at Chancerygate Business Centre in Streatham. An 817 sq ft freehold unit was sold to CDR Restoration Ltd for £170,000 in the second deal on this unit since work commenced on the scheme.
