NB Real Estate has appointed Neil Connelly as a Divisional Director in its building consultancy team. Neil joins from HHY, the Building Consultancy and Project Management division of the commercial property agent EA Shaw, where he was a partner.
Neil has over 20 years experience working as a project manager and building surveyor at EA Shaw acting on behalf of a wide range of clients including Aberdeen Property Investors, Great Portland Estates, Derwent London, Freshwater Group, Prestbury Holdings, and Royal London Asset Management.
