Appraisal of the estimated residual value of Royal Mail’s holding at the Woolwich Delivery Office. This was as a result of St James’ Investments making a planning application for a substantial mixed use redevelopment of a site totalling 4.37 hectares (10.79 acres), of which Royal Mail owned 0.16 hectares (0.40 acres).
- The report supported that the relocation package that NB’s Industrial Agency team had negotiated on behalf of RMG.
