- A six acre site currently used as free of charge car park serving the town’s retailing which is some 0.5 miles distant.
- Devising a development brief with which to appoint a developer to undertake a mixed use scheme on the site which had regard to constraints imposed by proximity to existing residential, adjacent listed buildings & the overall character of the town.
- Liasing with the council throughout, which included public consultation & workshops with council & county officers.
- Identified the optimum combination of uses having regard to mater planning criteria and demand within the property market
- Provided scheme appraisals to enable the financial difference of alternative scheme concepts to be quantified
- Worked a part of a professional team advising the Council.
